Easy Way To identify Encryption Types Text
If you do not know which encryption type the password is encrypted with, go on try to encrypt a simple code by difference encryption types to see if you somehow get something that looks like the encrypted password.
Example, when you have a encrypted password like this: [su_quote]SUxvdVbi3VCZWF1dGlmdWw==][/su_quote]
It looks special as it ends with [su_label type=”info”]”==”[/su_label]
Not many encryption type does this, so try different types of encryption.
See when you get something that looks like the encrypted text you have.
When you got that you should try to decrypt the encrypted text with the encrypting type you think is the right.
I can tell that this encrypting type is called BASE64, and it is known for the way the encrypted password always ends.
Many Encrypting types looks the same, so try out those who look like that way.
Here is one more example, I have encoded this text. (Hello FlywithPro)
Result: [su_quote]SGVsbG8gRmx5d2l0aFBybw==[/su_quote]
I’ve made this Diagram understand how Encryption works easily.
